Restored and Upgraded Throttle Bodies for K75

Each throttle body has been disassembled, degreased, and acetone dipped to prepare for media blasting.

All parts are blasted with aluminum oxide to remove years of oxidation, "resetting" the metal. Then, followed up with glass bead blasting to bring out a "better than new" brilliance.

All bracketry is clear coated in a semi-gloss finish, protecting from the elements that encourage rust.

Hardware has been switched out to A2 (304) stainless steel. The throttle advance "choke" roller has been upgraded to a nylon, low friction replacement to allow for continual, smooth operation.

All seals (butterfly shaft, TPS, idle adjust, and vacuum caps) are replaced and coated with high vacuum, silicone grease to prevent vacuum leaks and degradation (critical for 2V bikes).

Butterfly sync grub screws switched to a black oxide hex for easier adjustments, locked in place with a nylock nut to keep it from working loose over time.

Butterflies polished, then cinched down with screws that receive Loctite, preventing them from backing out. All are benched sync'd to allow for easier tuning (balancing) when bike is operating.

Bracing bars are replaced for NEW stainless steel ones and polished to a mirror finish.
