Ordering and Payments

How do I order my parts?
The best way is ordering from our secure website. Order via phone or email takes more time for us to process. 

Do I need an account to order online?
No, an account is not mandatory, you can check out as guest at any time. 

How can I pay?
We use secure checkout for online payments using the most common payment methods like creditcards and online bank payments.

What currencies do you support?
We support CAD, EUR, GBP and USD as our currencies. If you need a different currency, please contact us prior to your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

Do you offer same day shipping?
Yes, orders placed before 3PM (CET) are shipped the same day.

Do you offer parcel tracking?
Yes, we offer parcel tracking on every shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How do I return an item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and preferably in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kpartsholland.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I get my money back when I returned an item?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, the refund will be processed within 14 days after we received your return notification (when approved). The customer is responsible for tracking returns, and all costs for returning an item is for the customer's expense.

Warranty and Claims

Do I get a warranty on the product I ordered?
Yes, we offer a 3-day warranty on most products. Please read our full warranty policy.

How can I make a complaint?
When you want to make complaint you can send us an email and we will do whatever we can to help you to get satisfied.
