• Polycarbonate Spring Guides and End Caps: These components, often yellowed and brittle due to sun and chemical exposure, are reproduced in high-quality polycarbonate to combat UV degradation.
• Nylon Choke Roller: Reproduced in hard nylon for its exceptional wear resistance and zero susceptibility to rust or oxidation, preventing seizing.
• Stainless Steel Springs: Both butterfly shaft and choke springs are recreated in stainless steel, eliminating corrosion issues. Tuned to the optimal tension across the different springs used throughout the K range, these springs ensure consistent performance.

Catering to All K Models This kit covers all throttle body variations used throughout the BMW K75 / K100 2V / K1 / K100 4V / K1100 production runs. While early K models did not feature choke seals, this kit addresses each throttle body variation comprehensively.
